Water Distiller 3 Stage Water Filter
Q: Do your Air Purifiers cool ?
A: No the Air Purifiers are not air conditioning units they simply circulate and purify the air.
Q:How big of an area can be filtered ?
A: Please refer to our web page and select the one that best suits the air area to be purified.
Q: I cannot remove my drum cap.
A: Remove the front end from the juicer and hold the drum cap facing you and unscrew (pic) the drum cap in a clockwise direction.
Q: My juicer is not extracting all the juice from the product.
A: Make sure the juicing nozzle is being used not the homogenising nozzle. A way to check this is if your little finger can fit in the nozzle this is the homogenising nozzle, the juicing nozzle is smaller.
Q: My auger does not turn.
A: This can be 1 of 2 things. Either the auger spline is worn or the internal gear cog maybe damaged. Treat your juicer with care and by not putting the juicer in forward mode and then reverse without letting the machine stop repeatedly will damage both of these items.
Q: My juicer keeps blocking up.
A: If using different produce alternate between them, this will help keep the juicing screen clean, but if your only juicing one product you may need to stop and clean the juicing screen.
Q: Where is the fuse ?
A: The fuse is found on the bottom of the juicer. (pic)
Q: Can I put grain or seeds through my juicer ?
A: No the Compact Juicer is not a milling machine.
Q: How long is the cord ?
A: Approx 170cm.
For safety reasons please do not use anything else but the pusher
Q: How do I clean my distiller ?
A: We have a product that will clean the residue from the boiling chamber. This product is called Distill Kleen.
Q: How long does it take to process a container of water ?
A: Our kit includes a 4 litre pot and this takes approx 5hrs to process. This can be done overnight as our system has an auto cut off function.
Q: Where can I buy replacement cartridge ?
A: Directly from To Health by Choice. Just call 1800 021 069 and friendly operators will take your order and despatch on the same day if ordered prior to 2.00pm.
Q: How often do I need to replace my cartridges ?
A: It depends on the quality of water that is passing through the filtration system but on average:
- The PP pre filter should be changed every 6 months.
- The second filter can be replaced every 3 years as long as the PP pre filter is replaced every 6 months.
- The Booster cartridge needs to be replaced every 12 months.
