This exciting therapy is incorporated into all of our saunas. Ceiling mounted LED lights can be programmed to ‘bathe’ the interior of the sauna in 6 colours, or can be programmed to alternate between colours.

Full spectrum light, at the proper intensity, is essential to the production of Vitamin D in our skin and the metabolism of calcium; the amount of calcium in the system regulates not only our bones, but also our nerves and our thinking process.
Naturally, our bodies do not use incandescent or fluorescent devices; to survive, they require the colour energy carried by light, which they emit for internal and external communication. Light, when shone through a prism, splits and reveals itself through seven specific colour categories ranging from red, having the longest wavelength, to violet, being the shortest —this is our visible colour spectrum.

Turquoise helps calm your mind after a busy day. It is a colour that facilitates spiritual growth.
Blue is a cool colour that has a calming, restful effect, inside as well as on the outside.

Each of the seven colours of the spectrum
resonates with one of the main seven chakras of the body.
These chakras are like spirals of energy, each one relating to the others.
Chakra (pronounced sha-kra) is the Sanskrit word for ‘Circle or Wheel’.
