Designed to run 25 minutes continuously, like most juicers. 1 warranty for the motor, no warranty for the moving parts for commercial use, as these can be subject to abuse in commercial applications. When used correctly, will operate for many years without the need for any spare parts. Any obvious factory defect of the machine is covered by warranty for 3 months, but units are checked before being sent out. We note that the earlier model had a shorter chute, and on occasion people ignored the instruction sheets and labels on machine and used fingers to insert grass instead of the pusher supplied, after becoming aware of this, we sent out chute extenders, August 2003, making it impossible for staff to reach the bottom of the chute, accompanied by a letter requesting owners of Juice Bars to instruct staff on the proper use of these machines....and that under no circumstances should fingers be used, use ONLY the pusher supplied for that application, that comes with the machine.
