Healthstart Far infrared Saunas - 8 year warranty

This warranty is for 8 years ( sauna ) and 12 months ( DVD/CD/radio ) from date of purchase and covers Parts and Labour, timber cabinet and fittings, electronic panels, cabling and connectors. For non-commercial use only.

Items not covered by the warranty:

Replacement bulbs for internal reading lamp, external lights or ' colour therapy' lights.

This warranty is void if:

- The far infrared sauna has not been assembled and installed in strict accordance with the accompanying assembly and installation instructions. If the far infrared sauna has been damaged accidental or otherwise.

- If correct operating and safety procedures have not been adhered to.

- The far infrared sauna has been altered in any way. If non-authorised parts have been used.

- The far infrared sauna has been repaired by unqualified persons.

- If the far infrared sauna has been mishandled, misused or abused in any way.

RoHS Certified

The RoHS Directive stands for "the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment". This Directive bans the placing on the EU market of new electrical and electronic equipment containing more than agreed levels of lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyl (PBB) and polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE) flame retardants.

TUV Certified

An electrical product bearing the North American TUV Listed mark signifies that it was tested and meets the minimum requirements of prescribed product safety standards. The mark indicates that the manufacturer's production site conforms to a range of compliance measures and is subject to periodic follow-up inspections to verify continued conformance.

ETL AND ETL-C Safety Certified

Electrical Testing Laboratories (ETL) was founded in 1896 by Thomas Edison, and is one of the oldest product safety testing laboratories in the world. Certification by ETL and ETL-C assures you that all Sauna models have been tested to meet both US and Canadian safety and performance standards.

CE Certified

The CE Mark is a requirement for products sold to the European Market. The CE Mark identifies a product as complying with the health and safety requirements spelled out in European legislation and is mandatory for equipment operating in the European Union (EU).

C-Tick Certified

Before a product covered by the EMC regulatory arrangements can be sold in Australia it must be tested to applicable standards and labelled. The label comprises a C-Tick mark and a unique supplier identification. The C-Tick mark is intended for use on products that comply with EMC standards. The C-Tick mark is a certification trademark registered to the ACA by the Trademarks Office and is only to be used in accordance with conditions laid down by the ACA (Australian Communications Authority).
